If you haven't heard the fuss about Bully yet, here's what I've found out. Bully is a movie which tackles head on the effects of bullying. Due to the swearing and sometimes violent scenes, it has been issued with an R rating (USA). Releasing at the end of the month (USA), there are big petitions being signed - a full review of the movie can be read here.
There's a Facebook page set up in support of Bully, celebrities are jumping on the wagon, you can follow it on Twitter...

and then watched the other snippet... By the time I got through this one I was crying...
So I pose the question - if it is released as 'R' rated when it comes to Australia, will you want to take your kids to see it?
Is it better to pretend it's not happening? Or bring it into the light so that people know there's a problem and will do something to change it. When a kid takes their life because they don't feel normal - or lives every day in fear of what will happen next,...
